I read the mystery text as “…am kind of *unseasonably* proud…” — which is something I wouldn’t put past this comic. That said, why do I feel like Rivalia is going to get a fancier entrance every time she hails Slurri? (WEATHER-PATTEEEEERRRNNN~~)
I see she may have a stormy relationship with her magical peers (her levitating hat just had to be EXTRA floaty). Will she rain over our heroine’s solo story, cloud her judgment, or is she just full of hot air?

Like the little details, from Rivalia’s bolt pendant/hair, the direct Dragon Warrior/Final Fantasy apes (I could hear the warbling in that text box). Also gotta love the consistency between the Slurri designs in relation where her gem goes.
I’m glad she’s just Rivalia, and not something more awkward like Bigsisteria or Formerloveria.
