OOOOOOH MY GEEZUS!!! I didn’t notice till I flipped back a page…but her CORE WAS FRIGGIN MISSING IN THOSE LAST PANELS AFTER SHE DITCHED HER JACKET! Wow, I am blind! But it was so subtle….so awesome! XD
To my previous observation: was she the jacket, the goo in the gun, part of the wand… (I haven’t watched anything in the past decade, but the Dark Schneider reference I made is 25 years old.)
