What even is the name of that boss with the one eye and the crown that was first mentioned in the comic Hiring Practices, the one who says “Me looking for position in management.” What world is he from, what is his name, so on and so forth. Also, what is up with the eye guy at the head table? Is he from Fantasy world, like that Eyeboros, and if so, wouldn’t he be just a miniboss?

The cloud with the crown is CLOUDCLOPS, boss of Sky World. He’s never been the focal point of a story but he’s been mentioned/popped up in the background for ages.
EYEON STORM is indeed a mini-boss from a world that was destroyed, and one imagines his position on the Boss Council is pretty much ceremonial. (Also there isn’t much of a hierarchy since they deposed Metafoblin, which is kind of the problem they’re mulling over.)
