“Duluth” does sound like the name of some fantasy city in a poorly translated videogame.
I mean it sounds like it was supposed to be Toulouse or Beirut but the transliteration was completely botched. (In the real world, it *was* partly botched, because the city is named after a lord Du Lhut. Note position of the H, after the L, not after the T.)
