ALSO! If by some quirk of fate you enjoy Badnix, I implore you to check out Paul Southworth’s new comic, Reptilis Rex. Paul is an absolute master at the art of cartooning and character design; every panel he cranks out is just gorgeous, I think. His new strip has a similar vibe to an earlier project of his, Ugly Hill, which has a special place in my cold, shriveled heart. It was a strip about cute, bug-eyed monsters dealing with boring day jobs and making crazy, exaggerated faces. HMM, I WONDER IF THAT INFLUENCED ME AT ALL.

I’ve noticed that a lot of people are skipping out on the comic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I guess I didn’t really stress this enough in my little “welcome back” post:

Badnix is going to be updated on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND THURSDAYS for the foreseeable future!

Took long enough, huh? But yes, Badnix has finally returned with a brand new…

…wait, what? Why is everything on fire in today’s strip? What’s become of the lukewarm office comedy of yesteryear? Just what has been going on in Wood World over the past month?!

You’ll find our soon enough, dear reader – because from here on out, I’m going to be posting new comics, not 3, not 5, but FOUR TIMES per week! Yeah, it’s a weird number, but I’m hoping it’ll give the previously molasses-like pacing just a lil’ shot in the arm.

Yes, I’m still making Badnix – sorry the new comics have been so slow in coming! Still planning to get the ball rolling before January’s over (although it’s possible I might have to push it back a little ways into February).
