I just looked back and remembered the tip guy’s name is the Strategy Guide, which, by the way, should be helping Kevin like Hud, making him even more like Hud, Goto, and Number. Also, I somewhat feel like he should get a spot in the Cast page to explain what the heck he actually is. Thanks!
